Brother Sherman L. Charles, affectionately known as "Shorty Bang Bang," is a dedicated leader and candidate for 1st Vice Grand Basileus of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. Running under the theme "Excellence in Leadership with Innovation," he currently serves as the Grand Keeper of Records and Seal. Initiated into the Fraternity on April 20, 1978, through the Rho Theta Chapter, Brother Charles brings decades of experience, commitment, and service to the Brotherhood.

• Developed the Retention letter to sponsors for retaining 3-year new initiates
• Provided timely data/reports to the committees weekly

• Developed the KRS Handbook v 1.0 and distributed it to District/Chater KRS
• Instituted Excellence in Administration Awards annually for District and Chapter KRS for award at the Grand Conclave or Dr. Moses C. Norman, Sr. Leadership Conference
• Planned and facilitated the DKRS and IT Retreats in 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025 to address KRS and IT issues, improvements, and processes
• Conducted iQue and KRS training during the International Undergraduate Summit, Webinars, and District KRS training
• Continue to address chapter mailing efficiencies/data updates
• Assisted all brothers with inquiries on Service Award, Grand Tribunal, Membership, Get Right administrative, and website navigation
